Ledcor has completed upgrading the 13 km (8 mi) access road for Kitimat LNG’s new plant. This work consisted of upgrading and realigning the existing road grade as well as the construction of new sections. Work performed included drilling, blasting, crushing, loading, hauling, and placing the rock.

In addition to installing over 150 culverts crossing the road, we removed approximately 500,000 m3 (17,657,333 ft3 ) of waste material from the site.
