Ledcor is building this mixed-use student residence located between the University of Alberta campus and the residential neighbourhood of Garneau.

The project consists of two highrise towers with a common podium and two levels of underground parking. The first tower contains street-front retail units topped with two levels of graduate student rentals (29 suites with 54 beds) and 146 undergraduate student residences (439 beds) for the University of Alberta. The second tower will contain 260 market rental units with shared amenity spaces including fitness rooms, outdoor terraces and lounge areas. The connecting podium will house 12 three-storey townhomes.
