Crosstown Block 5A

Located in Toronto’s Don Mills neighbourhood within the expansive redevelopment of the Celestica Lands, this 27-storey mixed-use building by LCG Residential Builders Ltd. will be a significant addition to the Crosstown Community. 

It features a mix of affordable rental units, two retail spaces, a long-term care facility, and a daycare facility. The tower will provide 390 affordable rental units, including 58 studios, 214 one-bedrooms, 79 two-bedrooms, and 39 three-bedrooms. The podium will house 78 long-term care suites with associated amenities. This project is slated for completion in January 2026.
