Stratosphere Business Park

Our 5th project with Beedie and first in Kelowna, this large-format industrial strata consists of two tilt-up buildings west of the airport. Buildings A (70,000 sf) and B (75,000 sf) were built concurrently and share a loading court with dock levellers and grade-level doors – the first of their kind in the region.

13 premium units range in size from approximately 9,000 to 17,000sf and offer 28’ clear ceilings, ESFR sprinkler systems, mezzanines, and ample use of natural and high-efficiency lighting. Along with a warehouse floor load capacity rated at 500lbs/sf, each unit also includes a structural steel mezzanine engineered for a 100 lbs/sf floor load capacity.
