The UBCO Downtown Kelowna project will provide a world-class learning, research, living, and working facility for the University of British Columbia Okanagan. It will be the tallest building between Calgary and the Lower Mainland when completed.
This iconic tower will have 473 rental units and publicly accessible areas, including a grand atrium, an art gallery, public engagement space, and eight Storeys dedicated to academic space designed for the School of Social Work and School of Nursing. This remarkable project incorporates a south-facing façade solar wall enhancing UBC's dedication to sustainability while targeting LEED Gold and Step 3 of the BC Energy Step Code.
