The Haisla Community Health Centre project was funded directly by the Haisla Nation Council, First Nations Health Authority, and Indigenous Services Canada. It provides the Haisla community with primary care, dental, physiotherapy, youth and family services, counselling and more. The two-storey wood frame building incorporates heavy timber and curtain wall components and reflects the Haisla culture with its large carved and painted columns. Ledcor employed ten local Haisla members during the construction of this project.
