Phase 1 of the Legacy Township development involved a mixed-use 230,000 sq. ft. (21,368 sq. m.) shopping hub to accommodate large retailers, services and restaurants. Each of the 17 buildings has a variety of unique features including heavy timber elements, rustic COR-TEN steel, public art features and ground level and rooftop patios in order to provide the perfect customer-driven retail experience. 

Our team’s dynamic and collaborative relationship with the owner and existing tenants allowed them to accommodate various design changes while remaining on schedule to complete the project in time for its opening date.

Situated on over 60 acres, Legacy Township is one of Calgary’s newest retail destinations and when complete, will offer approximately 1,500,000 sq. ft. (139,355 sq. m.) of mixed use buildings, assisting in the revitalization of the area’s retail economy.”
