Harley Davidson Dealership

This dealership was designed and built to accommodate sales, service, merchandise and exceptional amenities for Harley Davidson customers. 

The exterior finishes of the custom-fabricated structural steel building include exposed painted steel, insulated metal panel siding, and curtainwall with bronze siding around the perimeter.

The building provides a bike showroom, parts and service area with 12 bike lifts, a power test stand, and a tool room. The high-end facility also includes customer bike storage, a retail area, a coffee bar, a patio, and a lounge with a pool table and TVs. 

This project was constructed to meet National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings (NECB) requirements, which included a high-efficiency mechanical system with in-floor heat, overlapping exterior finishes, and LED lighting throughout.
