Spread over two levels of the newly constructed River Landing East Tower, this contemporary office is the new home of Ernst & Young Global Limited. It provides a mix of open concept office workspaces, enclosed private offices, boardrooms, meeting rooms, employee communal areas, and client experience spaces. This tenant improvement adopted high-end, ornate millwork, wood doors and casings, glazed modular office partitions, exposed ceiling and structural elements, and tile flooring.
Base building construction was still underway when this project commenced so there was considerable coordination with the base building team with respect to system tie ins, material deliveries, trade access, and Prime Contractor responsibilities.
Our team collaborated with the client on sourcing products to generate cost savings. They also worked within a narrow time frame to complete the space in line with expiring lease agreements on the old space. This included helping to direct furnishing and technology suppliers to fit out the space leading to a smooth relocation and transition for employees.
