Devon Energy and Ledcor have been working together for more than five years. Ledcor was contracted to manufacture 39 piperack modules for Devon’s Jackfish 3 project at our Pipe Fabrication and Module Assembly yard in Nisku, Alberta.

The proximity of the fabrication and assembly facilities to the project site in Conklin, Alberta drastically reduces handling and delivery costs to the client. Our Nisku facility produces modules which are recognized by clients for having industry-leading quality.

Our Nisku facility is designed and constructed for maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness. Our throughput capacity for pipe fabrication is about 15,000 to 25,000 unfactored diameter inches per month. Our facility has had the ability to ship approximately 12 completed modules each month, with another 25 modules in various stages of completion at any given time.
