Ledcor Group of Companies Announces New President

Ledcor is pleased to announce that Jeff Watt is promoted to President, Ledcor Group of Companies.

Moving from the position of President, Ledcor Industries, Jeff will focus on leading the executive team, working closely with Ledcor’s major operating group and shared services leaders to support the continued growth of the business. He will also lead executive succession planning at Ledcor, and drive our Canadian Construction Safety Council partnership and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.

Jeff joined Ledcor in 2000 as a project manager and quickly progressed into roles with increased scope and areas of responsibility due to his dedication, commitment to safety, and values driven decision-making in all aspects of the business. Jeff is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Saskatchewan. He has been a member of the Ledcor Board of Directors for five years.

Over his 25 years with Ledcor, Jeff has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and an unwavering commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive culture across the company. His ability to build meaningful relationships—with clients, partners, and within teams—has played a pivotal role in Ledcor’s success. As he steps into this new role, we are excited to see how Jeff will continue to drive positive impact across our operations.
