Ledcor Cares

Ledcor helped make IWK Telethon history earlier in June, helping raise a record-breaking $6.4 million at the 33rd annual live event. All proceeds will help support the women, children, youth, and families cared for at the Health Centre in Halifax.

Operations Manager Jim Kennedy, and his son Daniel, participated in this year’s telethon and represented all contributing Ledcor employees. In total, over $20,000 was raised by Ledcor from personal pledges, local fundraising, and corporate matching through our annual employee giving campaign.

Thank you to Daniel and Jim for attending this year’s telethon, and all Ledcor employees who contributed to the initiative. With our involvement in this year’s event, we are making a commitment to supporting children, youth and families in the Maritimes once again.
