We are pleased to announce that Ledcor has been named one of San Diego's top 45 places to work by the The San Diego Union-Tribune. The list is a result of the annual Top Workplaces national awards program and annual competition that recognizes the best places to work in regions across the United States. 

Top Workplaces is organized by Workplace Dynamics in partnership with media outlets across the nation. What makes this competition significant is that top employers are selected based on authentic feedback from their employees which is collected in a confidential survey. The results are subsequently tabulated by Workplace Dynamics.

This year, our San Diego regional office was invited to participate by Workplace Dynamics as part of San Diego County. The survey was sent to 68 Ledcor San Diego employees who shared their insights on how they feel about working at Ledcor with overwhelming results.

In an announcement to San Diego staff, Chris Bourassa, President of Ledcor's US Construction group expressed sincere gratitude to the employees at the San Diego office. "We had a 99% response rate from our San Diego Regional office, so thank you all for taking the time to share your thoughts about working for Ledcor. Forty-five companies represent the 2015 Top Workplaces award winners in the San Diego Metro area. It's an honor to be among the best and I thank you for being part of this success."
