The BC Government’s Highway 91/17 construction project has started in Delta, British Columbia. Pacific Gateway Constructors, a consortium comprised of Ledcor (40%), Aecon (35%) and BEL Contracting (25%) has commenced work on the project after a ground-breaking ceremony today with federal, provincial and municipal representatives. 

The $260 million highway project will improve safety for local and commercial drivers in the Lower Mainland.
