Ledcor Named to Canada's Top 100 Employers List for Third Year in a Row

PRESS RELEASE - VANCOUVER  - The Ledcor Group of Companies (Ledcor), one of North America’s most diversified construction companies, was named to Canada's Top 100 Employers list for 2013. This is the third year in a row that Ledcor has been honoured with this prestigious award. 

Canada's Top 100 Employers is an annual competition that recognizes Canada's best places to work. Employers from various industry sectors are evaluated by an academic advisory board made up of members from across Canada. The evaluation is based on eight criteria: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement. Compared to its industry peers, Ledcor was recognized for offering some of the most progressive and forward-thinking programs to their employees.
